In the textbook, we have covered:
Chapter 1, sections 1.1-1.10
Chapter 4, sections 4.1-4.3, 4.5
Chapter 6, sections 6.1-6.3
End-of-chapter questions emphasizing these sections would be good practice for the midterm. Some questions for material since quiz 2 may include 4.12-4.19, 4.27, 4.28, 6.1-6.13.
I have not looked carefully at these questions, so some of them might contain material that we did not cover.

Oh god, some of chap 6 problems leave me feeling like a rectal probe was inserted into my anus without any lube.
The important question is what's the maximum bandwidth of that probe, and what is the sampling rate of the receiver... and what's the probability of making an error
